General Terms and Conditions of the Hair Salon “Salon 41”
1. Basic Provisions
These terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between the provider of services (hereinafter the “provider”, ID No. 07420935, registered at Dostálova 2232/2, Modřany, 14300 Prague 4) and the customer. By booking an appointment, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
2. Booking and Service Provision
• Appointment — must be arranged in advance by phone or via the booking system at www.hairsalon41.cz. (http://www.hairsalon41.cz/)
• Rescheduling — must be done no later than 24 hours before the agreed time, otherwise it is treated as a no-show.
• Early arrival — recommended to arrive at least 5 minutes early.
• Late arrival — up to 15 minutes: service is shortened to fit original time, charged fully. More than 15 minutes: considered a no-show.
• No-show — customer may be charged for the booked time.
• Refusal of service may occur if the client:
a) shows symptoms of an infectious disease,
b) is under the influence of alcohol or drugs,
c) has medical contraindications,
d) arrives in poor hygiene,
e) behaves inappropriately.
• Early termination of service may occur for the same reasons.
• Accessibility — salon is not equipped for bikes, animals, wheelchairs or limited mobility.
• Departure — should be no later than 15 minutes after service completion.
• Personal belongings — provider is not liable for loss.
• Price list is available on-site and online.
• Payment methods: cash, card, or bank transfer.
2.1. Repeated Late Cancellations
If a client repeatedly cancels less than 24 hours in advance, the salon reserves the right to require prepayment. The prepayment is 50 % of the expected service price and is applied toward the service. If the client cancels at the last moment or fails to show, the prepayment is forfeited.
3. Gift Vouchers
• Available in values from CZK 1,000 to 20,000.
• Usable partially and for any listed service.
• Cannot be exchanged for other vouchers.
• Can be ordered online, by phone, or in person.
• Valid for 6 months.
• Sent upon payment to account 285378604/0300.
• Pickup possible at Korunní 1166/41, 120 00 Prague 2.
4. Sale of Cosmetic Products
• Online orders receive payment details and confirmation.
• Payment must be made within 5 business days using the assigned variable symbol (order number).
• Goods must be inspected upon receipt; obvious defects must be reported by the next day.
• Return within 14 days if unused, in original packaging, and with receipt. Refund issued within 10 business days.
• Seller may cancel an order if the product is no longer available.
5. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)
All client data is processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and used solely for service provision and contractual obligations. Details are provided in the privacy policy on the website.
6. Validity and Effectiveness
These terms and conditions are effective as of 29 June 2025.
